I’ve always been on the move; maybe that’s why I became a REALTOR. As a young boy, I picked raspberries for 2 different farmers for 9 summers. That meant getting up early to catch the farmer’s bus to the field and getting home late, tired and dirty. Those relationships are still there after 60 years as I am now helping the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren of the berry farmers who I picked for. I also remember riding my bike around my neighborhood looking for odd jobs like picking up rocks at a local tree farm, or stacking lumber on a construction site. After high school I had a variety of jobs; working in a hatchery, concrete form and equipment rental business, lumber yards, driving truck, sorting parcels in the post office, framing houses and apartments. Years later, I have listed and sold some of the places that I helped build. 5 years after graduating from High School I attended BCIT and graduated in 1980 with a Diploma in Business Management as well as my REAL ESTATE license. It seemed to be a perfect match for the work experience.
I am licensed with the best company in town, RE/MAX Truepeak Realty, and have been part of the RE/MAX family since 1992. One of the best rewards is the referrals of past customers who send me their relatives and friends.
As a "seasoned" Realtor, I am your Recipe For Success!
